OK really out there suggestion if Jace can't play.

Appel in LF (he played it at Penn) with Kaufer at C to just try and work walks (he's pretty good at that for some reason).

We've been good in all phases all year. Offense, defense and pitching. We scored 25 runs in 2 games in the Super. Oregon put up 15. We win...whatever it takes.

The injuries are sucking. Hopefully Jace just had a cramp and then with 5 spot was pulled for pre-caution. Otherwise, someone else steps up and we keep scratching and clawing and doing whatever it takes.

Use a time machine to get early season Grahovac
Same for 2021 Targac
Kent (perpetual take sign, hits bombs)
Chestnut (all bunts)
Sorrell (blue bell park version)
Schott (Targac replaced at first with a literal stop sign)
Burton still behind Schott so he can't leg anything out

thinking that through… that moves Grahavoc back to 3B, Kent to 2B, and puts Binderup back on bench.

It's a viable option for sure. Appel has been SO GOOD behind the dish and handling the staff this week, though. I'd say it's a less likely viable option.

I'll clarify. I want weather delays to make them burn extra pitchers, but still finish about 1 am Wednesday.
