If we're 5th and Arky's 4th or vice versa, and both teams make it to Omaha then we see Hagen Smith in the first game of the CWS, right? Seems less than ideal.
Chances are right at 50/50 that we both make it to Omaha.
One day at a time.

I love the job that those guys do, but even they admit that their packaging of regionals is hasty at best. They don't do any discussion on the 400 mile travel rule. They just think "close" or *not close." The committee will have all of those mileages at their fingertips.LOYAL AG said:
Final D1 has
A&M (4)

Grambling
UCSB (13)
San Diego
Florida
Fresno State
I'd take that. We're the clear favorite in that regional and Grambling doesn't have an ace that we would worry about out being able to hit well which gives us a chance to hold Prager for game 2. Then only Florida on the other side has any experience this year in a place like Olsen so I like my chances in Supers against any of the California schools.
Well know in a couple of hours.
So what is inaccurate about what he said? He said if A&M and WooPig are 4/5 in any order them we'd play... He's right.twolff18 said:
This is not accurate. Even and odds get matched up in middle America.
I don't think I did, but I say so much that sometimes I forget what I say.LB12Diamond said:

I think Clemson or FSU will break up A&M & Arkansas in the 4 & 5 spots
State not hosting with 17 SEC wins + 2 more in the tournament -- this committee may not be as high on the SEC as last year's committee
Not to worry old pal. The rest of us are keeping you honest!Sean98 said:I don't think I did, but I say so much that sometimes I forget what I say.LB12Diamond said:

How long until somebody asks if another SEC team is going to our regional?
Lots of loading and reloading and buffering to say the least. But I did see 5 roosters, 2 quail, 7 whitetails and 5 little muley bucks last night so it ain't all bad.BoerneGator said:Not to worry old pal. Btw, glad you're getting good "service" at the farm...

Guys
Its OK to state we don't want matched up with this years Skenes.
Every single team would prefer not to be matched up with Hagen game 1.
But if we are, so be it.

Has our program reached such an elite level point now that some of our fans are griping about a potential first game matchup in Omaha?
First world problems!
My prediction the top 5 seeds:
1)Tenn
2)Kentucky
3) UNC
4)A&M
5)Arky
