But that's the problem, it's not consistent. And we just saw a random AB with a super high zone that nobody else has had. It's just a mess.

I've you're going to have human umpires, they should "recalibrate" prior to each game. Have them call balls and strikes with a pitching machine until they get 20 correct calls in a row.
