Werner swinging at 2-0 offspeed that was never in the zone. He does it all the time. He simply doesn't recognize pitches. I don't know if that can be taught.

This looks like a completely different team than sat
Their batters are just much more locked in and are getting better swings. Credit their pitchers for mixing their pitches. Our batters just don't look comfortable. I hate to say but the better team is taking advantage of our mistakes.
It is a hell of a pitching performance from Dettmer but need to keep this at 4 runs to give our team a chance to score 4 runs and 6 outs to do it
