The entire CWS should be "re-seeded" following the Super Regionals.

The free passes has not usually been a problem this season. Thought when we got Warner back the defensive problems were mostly over but we've seemed to regressed during the postseason.

That's the real sad part, our wounds were self inflicted. Take those away and I really think we hold them to less than 8 runs.

Then I was intrigued by the LSU, Vandy series, etc etc. I was ... "cautiously optimistic" with the Schloss hire, Definitely didn't feel it was a home run. But it seems I was ridiculously wrong.
This team is a cobbled together mess of parts due to the transition. Very flawed, very talented and very confident (or dumb or clueless, whatever). They never know when they're "supposed" to give up. They're imperfect but oh so fun to watch. So I'll run up to Omaha Sunday just to say I've seen them. It may it may not be their last game but I need to see em in person at least once. They've earned that and so much more.
Amen. I promise you Schloss will fix our issues by next year. We will have MUCH BETTER pitching and better defense with him in the future.
It's amazing that we are in OMAHA with the style we play. It's been so fun to watch this team, even with our defencencies.
Call me a coward but I'd rather face Notre Dame Sunday. I think it's the better matchup for us

100% agree, but this pitching staff is better than what they've rolled out lately. It's hard for me to believe that we don't have ONE kid who can throw strikes. Everyone of them have pitched their entire careers and this is DIVISION ONE!!!

With any decent starting pitcher performance , we will be fine. It doesn't matter to me which one we get, they are both good.

When you don't have 2-3 legitimate starters and you don't play sound defense behind them you are going to lose in Omaha (also in supers)

But are they?? Dettmer caught fire for a month but other than that we were pretty much **** all year. I think there are arms here that can and will play big. But this has never been a real good staff.

I'm sure my memory is failing me, but other than Manziel's '12 team, I can't remember one of our teams (big three sports) that flourished under the brightest of lights in the last 30 years.

Our ace ( Dettmer.. I guess) has an era over 6, I believe.

You may be right, but dang it's hard to believe. There are kids, who can pitch, who would kill for the chance to pitch for Texas A&M. We need some kids to STEP UP!!!

Without the self-I flicked wounds, we easily win that game. I mean that all seriousness. We beat ourselves. I've watched every game this season, and I honestly think that was our worst performance.
