We made it, friends! Thanks for traveling with me this off season. Are you curious about how much ground we covered? Every county one of our roads touched is filled in on this map!
I was feeling pretty stoked that we were staying away from Travis county, but with 12 days to go, the county got filled in. The road is only in a teeny tiny portion of the county, though.

This is the first time I've seen this thread. Jefferson County, my home county, was left unrepresented. How disappointing...
Here's one for Chambers County. It's State Highway 124. When I was a little boy, our next door neighbor was a man named George Waye. Mr. Waye owned all of the land on either side of Highway 124 and grew rice (which he sold to the A.B. brewery in Houston to make Budweiser). He died about 20 years ago, and I don't know who owns it now.
We were already into the Countdown this time last year. So happy to still be playing. Gig'em and BTHO rain delays/SEC tourney and NCAA playoffs..
