Each position is numbered to ease scoring.

Pitcher =1
Catcher = 2
1st B = 3
2nd = 4
3rd = 5
SS = 6
LF = 7
CF = 8
RF = 9

So F8 is a fly ball caught by the CF, 6-4-3 fielded by SS, thrown to 2nd, for an out, then thrown to 1st for the out.

The positions are numbered 1-9. The numbers are referencing the positions involved in the play.


I figured it was positions just didn't know he total order.


The 6 & 5 will really screw you up then

I think I would put in Choruby for the next go-round. At least he makes contact consistently. Even during his slump, it was a bunch of weak ground balls.
