I think a lot of this is mental. He's watched a handful of strike 3s over the past couple of weeks in big situations. I'm sure he's pressing.

I'm not sure I agree, but I'm sure the thought is to let him play through his funk and figure it out. One thing that is absolutely true is we need Banks in the lineup and effective come post season play.
