Our whole team gets blocked a lot, like A LOT. It's wild. I think some of it is us just throwing it at the basket sometimes instead of turning it over, but geez.
We were 330th in block percentage two years ago, 357th last year, and 311th currently.

Kind of ended up being nice that we shortened the bench and our top line players played the whole way.
Wish I had smashed that -2.5 live at the half down 14. Total no brainer and never in doubt.

Defensive intensity really went up in the 2nd. We didn't box out well in the first and they made a bunch of lucky shots

With the depth we are playing with, we should be able to gas some people. I know, that depth isn't looking so good right now, but when you rely on your D like we do, we'll use them.

This team is going to be a tough out when they defend to their potential. Their defense can be so good at times it creates offense like tonight.

Another classic Buzzball game. It isn't pretty but we get a ton of rebounds especially on offense and get to the line for the win.
They did add some more pucker factor to the game than us fans want but it will serve them well in a future game when they get down big because they know they can come back.

Ags showed real fight in the 2nd half there. A win is a win.
Sidenote: attendance was frankly embarrassing. I did my part, but stands were super empty. I know it's nothing new and there's no easy way to fix this, but man these players deserve so much better. They are a top 25 team and get almost no support from their fellow Ags.
