List me the players like Tyler in the NBA that can't shoot outside.

Lineup next year if Davis, Williams and Hogg go:
Starks
Gilder
Jones?
Flagg
Nebo
We would be horrible.

Hogg needs a league where you don't have to be good at dribbling, passing, shooting, rebounding, or defending. Maybe the Canadian national women's team?
Thanks for the info Logan! I wasn't sure it would be possible for him, but figured it was worth discussing on the off chance that it could happen.Logan Lee said:
I'm going to smash any of the talks about Tyler being grad transfer eligible after this season or the summer sessions. Tyler is a smart guy and understands his place and position but he isn't going to be able to take enough classes to be eligible to graduate early... nor do I think he would go that route even if he had the chance.

If Davis wants out that tells you all you need to know.
You're wrong about this, but I don't feel like getting into another Hogg debate on here right now. The mob on this site going after the young man is ridiculous.kino29 said:94chem said:

In my opinion Hogg could not even get a contract in the Mexican league. Do you think he could in Europe? At this point it is just not there, but he he might potentially be happy playing the Mercenary circuit and getting high every night. I really wish this young man would get his act together. He played well as a Fish and I was expecting big things from him especially the way he started this year. Still wondering what went on with his suspension to totally demotivate him to where he is now..

Logan- As a follow-up-- So do you think there's any validity to the speculation in the article about Davis leaving?Logan Lee said:

I am basing it on where he is at now, as a player over these past few months. I live in Mexico and know alot of Americans that made bad mistakes in College and still want to play ball and can't even get on a team here. I am really pulling for Hogg to get his act together. I don't want to see him down here 2 years from now still clinging to a dream of a pro career. He is showing a complete lack of desire at this point.Harry Dunne said:Topher17 said:You're wrong about this, but I don't feel like getting into another Hogg debate on here right now. I agree. He has made some bad decisions (on and off court) and has some areas of his game he needs to work on but if you take those things away and base it purely on talent I don't think there is a team in the country that wouldn't give him a scholarship.
You can be mad about his choices and even think the team would be better off without him, but the Mexican league comment is absurd. You don't think he could play in Europe? Guys with half his talent have had good long careers there.

It's all for nothing however until he can clean his act up and fix his attitude.Harry Dunne said:Topher17 said:You're wrong about this, but I don't feel like getting into another Hogg debate on here right now. You have made 8 posts on this site and 6 of them have been bashing Hogg. Don't give me the "I'm rooting for him" line, its insincere.kino29 said:I am basing it on where he is at now, as a player over these past few months. I think you are underestimating how many international leagues there are. He'll get picked up somewhere.kino29 said:94chem said:

I didn't mean that line in the way it is being interpreted. I will edit it, as I agree with what you have said. He doesn't owe anyone anything other than himself.
I'll wish you good luck getting anyone to buy into Tyler Davis averaging 11 & 6 in the NBA. I'll take the bet if you're offering it. It's not going to happen on the Spurs, Magic, Heat or next to Lebron James. As I said, he is an out of area rebounder and defender, who is physical and has a consistent motor...those are his strengths. That will get him on a roster, not his ability to shoot a 15 footer.94chem said:
Davis has the look of someone who will get drafted in the 2nd round by San Antonio, work his butt off, and start putting up 11 and 6 as a rotation guy in a few years. It comes down to how hard he works. I've seen 3 players at UNC over the past 15 years... Kennedy Meeks, Tyler Hansbrough, Sean May...college posts who can't play away from the basket. Tyler Davis will have to become proficient away from the basket, ala Bill Lambier, to be successful.
Could not agree more with you. It's actually disgusting.Topher17 said:You're wrong about this, but I don't feel like getting into another Hogg debate on here right now. The mob on this site going after the young man is ridiculous.kino29 said:94chem said:
