I have been required to log in repeatedly with both iPhone and iPad for the past 3-4 months. Even when I got a new iPhone 6s last week, nothing changed. I have been careful to insure I am NOT in Private browsing mode. Both devices even randomly move into "mobile" version from desktop. There is no rhyme or reason to this, but it surely is tiresome having to log in every time I leave the site, or even when I pause for a few minutes.

Can anyone help? To date, all my pleas for help have gone unanswered (other than to advise me to make sure I'm not in Private mode).

Sorry for your continued trouble. Certainly you should not have to login repeatedly, as we have thousands upon thousands of users auto-logging in with iOS without any problem.

I responded to your last post in this thread with a procedure to gather some information, but you never replied. Give that a shot, and let me know what you get.

Have you also checked your cookie settings again? Check my second post in the thread above. You may need to do this anytime iOS updates the operating system (and you have trouble), as I've seen iOS updates reset this setting in past.

Are you using Safari on your iPhone/iPad?

Thanks for the prompt reply Josh. Reckon I missed your reply on the other thread. My bad. I readily admit that computer language is all foreign to me, and I'm still as lost as I was before. Me be need to make a trip to Cecil's n let him take me by the hand.
