I had to give up drinking a little over a year ago for health reasons.

I've not yet tried any non alcoholic beers but saw one called Just the Haze a couple of months ago. Since then I have noticed a few more in stores.

Any recommendations on any good ones?

I saw a thread on this very subject about 2 months ago. I hope you find your answer there!

Sorry no help here. I tied multiple brand a while back and none of them were drinkable.

Have tried (or had again) handful from that thread in the last couple days kicking of Dry January. Results so far:

Karbach Free & Easy - the closest thing to real beer I've ever had from an NA. As a hop head, this is my go to. Doesn't have that malty taste a lot of NA beers do. Higher in terms of calories and carbs if you're watching those, but this is the best "replacement" I've tried. Had some with crawfish tonight and didn't miss a real beer at all.

Coors Edge - I'd read that it tastes similar to Coors Light. Don't disagree, but it does have a bit of a corn syrup aftertaste. And the taste seemed to be more watered down the more I drank it. Still, refreshing and would make a good post workout/lawnmowing beer. The aftertaste isn't that strong. Lower cals and carbs as well

Athletic Lite - I wanted to like this, and I'll finish the 6 pack, but it just has that very malt-forward aftertaste that exists in all Athletic beers I've tried (and a lot of other NAs) due to the bitterness of the alcohol not there to balance things out. It's crispy and refreshing on the front end, but just don't know I'll ever get over the aftertaste. Low cal and low carb so that's a plus.

Lagunitas Hoppy Refresher - nothing more to say here. Not a direct replacement for beer, but if you like hops it's delicious. 0 cal and 0 carb so always good to have around.

I've never found one that tastes more like a real beer than Heineken 0.

Clausthaler na is pretty good if you can find it. I like lagunitas hoppy refresher a lot but I don't think it really tastes like beer. Everything else is too malty/sweet tasting to me.

Coors Edge hands down. Tastes like Coors or bud light.

Bud Zero
My regular beer is the Dos XX mini-keg, or Cerveza SOL, which I drink with a little salt and lime. I keep Bud Zero in the fridge for the times when I don't want to have alcohol. With a little salt and lime Bud Zero is light and refreshing. Good with a light dinner on a weeknight.

I am still really disappointed that Lone Star quit doing the Lone Star 24/7, which was 2.1% and actually better than most of the regular light beers on the market.

I like Athletic IPA. Stella 0 is very similar to regular Stella. Guinness is also pretty similar to the regular Guinness.

Doing Dryuary so I've been buying a bunch (I actually tried to really cut back starting around Thanksgiving so I first started back then).

I love IPA's and so far my two favorite are Karbach Free and Easy and Athletic IPA.

I also bought a 12 pack sampler of 4 different types bybBrooklyn Brewing Company that were all very good.

Coors Edge was pretty good but I'm not much of a light beer drinker.

Least favorite so far (and most calories) is Lagunitas IPNA.

I tried the Lagunitas Hop Water and they were refreshing but didn't satisfy my desire for beer.

As another posted Heniken 0 but I really like the dark ODoules if you have never tried that

If in BCS I can run one by so you dont have to buy a whole 6 pack and if you want to try Heinken. Go to chueys

Sorry did not mean that face

I just found a Brewdog AF multipack at Target the other day, and I've liked each of the four selections in it.

I'm doing Dry January and I've been going with various kombuchas, iced teas and seltzers with bitters but I want a bit more watching football and at parties.

I've tried several NA beers but I'm not a fan of the heavy malt flavor.

I stepped up to some seltzers with splash of tonic syrup, but I miss the gin flavor and a bit of bite. I was going to get a bottle of NA gin but it's hard to spend $35 on something that might be gross.

I found these and I'm impressed. Organic, 62 calories and only $12 for a 3 pack. Pretty convincing, especially with a squeeze of lime.

For folks in Houston and looking for a little blast off away from alcohol, picked these up over the weekend. Actually very tasty from bayou city hemp

Nice grab. I remember talking to a guy who works for Bayou city hemp who gave me two cases of the Wonder Water from 8th Wonder. He said they were going to make their own hemp water soon and it looks like they finally did!
