This board has been a veritable cornucopia of amazing recipes, and I know I have only scratched the surface. I cant count how many times I've made the best pinto beans ever and I'm neck deep in sodium citrate queso. Next up will be the chile verde.

So seeing as this board has years and years worth of threads and some might be forgotten and buried, how about posting your favorite recipes you have found on Texags here? (Or ones you have found tangentially) My plan will be to work through them over the next few months and work my favorites in to regular family rotations. Looking forward to seeing what is posted.
