(1) Chicken Wings
Air fryer chicken wings have gotten a lot of chatter in this forum. What I learned is that dusting them with potato starch before frying makes them perfectly crispy. Then when cooked, hit them with any sauce or spice rub you want and they're excellent. Other advantage of potato starch is you can load up the basket rather than cook in single layer.
Recipe is simple: 380 degrees for 25-30 min and shake basket every 5 min.
(2) Fried Broccoli
Mix broccoli in a bowl with oil (I prefer olive or grapeseed) and any spices you want (I use garlic salt and pepper). Throw in fryer at 360 degrees for around 15 minutes, shaking basket every five minutes. Florets come out crispy and nutty tasting. Warning: broccoli can go from crispy to burnt in a few minutes so watch it when it gets close.
