I made the mistake of of making 3 bottles of batch cocktails one night, which ended up being 8-9 or 9 bourbon drinks for me.

I too will drink bud light all day for free if someone is offering. But if im at the store and for some unknown reason all that is staring me down is lone star or bl...im taking lone star all day.

One beer i will never is bl or milwaukees worst

Trying to guess your guests is always fun. I had one party where I had a ton of beer and wine, bourbon, big handle of Tito's and one bottle of scotch. My beer drinking buddies drained the scotch within an hour and made a run to Specs for 2 more.

Next party, had 3 bottles of scotch on the ready. Ran out of Tito's & Topo Chico and scotch went almost untouched.


I would keep it simple:

Lot's of bourbon - Eagle Rare if you can find for best bang for your buck
Couple of handles of Tito's
One handle of flavored Deep Eddy (grapefruit is my go to)
Simple mixers - Topo and Tonic, 7-up, coke
Couple of nice tequilas for shots

If guests can't find something to drink with that, give them the wine or beer.

Heck no! It's good *****!! I actually think it tastes more like a good single Malt. For what it's usually priced at I consider it a bargain (mid $30's usually).
