Not exactly a chef, but I'm working on it. After I graduate, I plan on diving in head first.
Rib Roast my dad made. Spectacular with a bit of raspberry chipotle sauce.
Cheese infused burgers. 75/25 with chopped jalapenos, onions, worcestershire sauce, whiskey, salt, and pepper. In the middle of these bad boys is a hunk of shredded Mexican blend cheese.
Horrible lighting.
Topped with bacon and mustard.
Steak, mashed potatoes, and ranch style beans to celebrate the end of finals last semester.
