While we do like a unique barrel, it can't be overly unique because we do have to appeal to the masses of TexAgs/customers to a certain degree.
But with that being said, we aren't picking out bourbon based on "well this is what 1792 full proof is supposed to taste like, so lets go with that". We do want something different than the standard offering because that is the whole point of picking a single barrel!
I'm thinking either buying that or go with a friend (more acquaintance) who did a pick there recently as well.
