If any of yall bump into a bottle of Crittenden's Cut Above out of Mississippi, it's a quality buy at that price point if you need a bourbon to mix with with Coke.

I picked one up in Hoover last week, and it's much better as a mixer. In fact, it's one of my favorite bottles I've ever had as a mixer.

The Dettling Single Barrel that I got on that same hunt is fan-freaking-tastic. Highly recommend that if you find one. Supposedly, they're about to start Texas distribution.

I have a silicon ice maker that gives me some pretty large cubes.

I typically drink it that way. 3oz of bourbon on a single large cube. Adding any type of sugar or anything like in an Old Fashioned is a little too sweet for me. Although I have had some pretty good old fashions in the past.

In BCS Whiskey Charlie's did a single barrel 4 Roses SP that was phenomenal. One of the best bourbons I have ever bought. Shame is, I only got 1 even though my buddy kept telling me to get another. I didn't taste it until they were all gone.
