How do they sell that as Bourbon? I thought Bourbon couldn't be higher than 125 proof out of the barrel? Am I wrong?
Yeah. That's wrong. Just has to be 51% corn and aged at least 2 years in new American oak
It can't enter the barrel at higher than 125 proof, what it comes out at doesn't matter.

That ending with Targac was fantastic. Deserves a good drink and 1792 is good in the single barrel and full proof. I like them both.

Having a dram of my infinity bottle out of a decanter my Dad gave me. It is a good pour and constantly changing as I add to it.
I tried an infinity bottle once, it was absolutely terrible. I put way too much variety of stuff into it and they did not mix well. if i were to do it again i would certainly keep it more consistent, or do something where i mix various single barrels of the same product.

Agreed. For $40 it's on point but nothing I'd chase for more.
Being a proof head I just doesn't rustle my jimmies.
