I just opened a bottle of Bookers batch no. 2024-1, the Springfield Batch. Very smooth with a little heat. Definitely worth trying.

Checked the tasting notes from my only other bottle of Bookers - batch 2021-02:

With pronounced aromas of caramel and vanilla…, this batch carries a bold flavor with a surprisingly clean finish…

Not terribly dissimilar.

Tasting notes are funny things.
Saying it has a taste "like mahogany" is strange to me...who chews on mahogany and knows what it tastes like?
"The earthy undertones turn to ripe banana on the back end". Nope. No bourbon does that. You just made it up.

Still Austin Nancy's Pick #24

The spirit's nose is fruit forward, with grilled figs, warm cherry cobbler with vanilla bean ice cream, and blondie brownies with gooey milk chocolate chips. The palate feels rounded, with light baking spices and a summer fruit tart made from blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries. There is a mid-length finish, with homemade peach preserves, oatmeal raisin cookies, and Boston cream pie donuts.

AT, shirt looks great.

You might be aware, but just in case I would highly recommend using their group buy feature that let's everyone enter their our own sizes and payment details individually. The final price will depend on how many are ordered but having used them many many times for our small business, it's sooo much easier for everyone involved (both your side and ours).

Unfortunately my palate isn't well enough educated to discern, with accuracy, all of the various flavors. However, I bet I could pick up on Boston Cream Pie Donuts.
