I know it's not bourbon, but I Had a pour of this guy last night. Incredible. It's got all the familiar foundations of a typical Irish whiskey but a rich sweet taste reminiscent of bourbon with a thick molasses mouth feel.

I had this for the first time last night. It is a good $50 bourbon. It sure as hell ain't worth the secondary. I'd rather 107 or FP honestly.

I haven't had that one, but that's been my feeling about most Wellers. I'm not paying secondary for them and OWA tends to be the best of the bunch imo. I haven't not had CYPB or SiB though. And WLW is the best whiskey I've ever had.

happy to know! they had a lot of the single barrel (I think?) that was about $62. This one was stashed away in the back.

He also had 2 Hirsch's, although I forget which. There's also a McKenna10 in there for $63. Seems too high for me.

I'm loving the KC9 private barrel reserve I grabbed a few weeks ago. It's my go-to right now. Enough heat but plenty of smooth flavor.

My bottle of W12 comes today so I'll be celebrating with that tonight.
