Yeah, it's a formal dinning room space. Nobody eats in formal dinning rooms anymore so I was able to persuade the wife to turn it into a cocktail lounge.

Our formal dining room is now our gym. If I ever give up exercising, I will gladly convert it to the bourbon lounge using brokeass's design as my template!

Great choice! We turned the formal dining room into a billiard room at our old house. When we built this house we just didn't include a dining room.

I did a ton of research when I built my house a few years ago and settled on this Katamera wine fridge.

It has the fans for a built in but can get a cheaper one if you don't need that. Also has dual zone. You can either do a red white split, or use the top for aging wines.

Barnett's had a tasting the other day, and their rep pointed out that they lose money on every bottle of Honeydew they sale. Their prices are high, but clearly so are their production costs.

Right off my kitchen under our stairs. There's a coffee nook right across from this. We had to make the stairs extra wide to make it fit. The cabinets fit bourbon bottles about 3-4 deep.

I've NEVER purchased small batch or honey dew.
Balmorhea Maybe once…..

Their fanbase is as cultish as A&M's. But I do wonder once the bourbon craze starts slowing, which I think it has started, if they will start really hurting

I bought a dollar days honeydew over a year ago that I still haven't opened. I want to say it was $56, which is a HUGE markup to hit msrp. I don't understand it. I did like the Guadalupe they gave at the tasting.

You need a custom table. Ideally with storage.
This all depends on your hight, floor clearance, top height length and width.

After that, materials

Then budget.

It will have to be custom. AGRAMS might be your top choice. I can also offer my pops shop in Katy. This is a highly variable exercise and highly variable on time and materials. If you want to discuss message me.
