Never. Support the Ags lol.
Yep. I'm a bourbon beginner, no doubt. Since following both this and the Bourbon Trading thread, I've gladly parted with at least a grand.KDubAg said:billyt98 said:
Wow. Didn't know this thread existed.
I recently started following this thread. My bank account has taken some hits lately.
LOL, we have a business and my wife buys everything for the business and us. She is our chief procurement officer. There is no doubt what joint checking means in our house. I am in charge of deposits and she is in charge of withdrawals.Tksymm7 said:
An all time gif. If you aren't scared to go home to your wife after buying bottles, then you aren't doing it right!
Well, since I'm 100% a rookie to bourbon, I don't disagree.txag2k said:

I know. I hated to give them any credit after what I saw on Tuesday inside their ballpark, but that cask strength was pretty tasty.
I really need this new distillery in Bryan to start pumping out good barrels once their stuff matures enough to put on the market. I've had some of their early stuff, and it's promising

It's the 2019
That's a small part of it, but it sounds like the Irish distilleries caught on to the American secondary market and just decided to jack up all their pricing. It's most evident in the high end stuff - Redbreast 27 went from $350 retail to $1,000 in the last three years, but the difference between batch 4 and 5 is crazy - $400 jump in less than a year.ryeguy said:
