I've speculated privately that the market will soon be flooded with that de facto allocated material. Often aged less than usual, but to meet the demand. MSRP will creep up too in order to get max profits!?

I mean EHT is all BiB, so they have to at least do 4yrs on it. Might come down from what it was but the average person won't be able to tell, mostly because they'll buy it and let it sit on the shelf without drinking it

Increased msrp is being fearlessly led by Campari/wild turkey with the price hikes on RR13 for this year among other higher priced allocations. The Daniel Weller is another example of the "premium" allocations, although other BT products have seen some increases (blanton's comes to mind)

That has been happening for a decade....

Most dilleries can increase production (and some have). However, as you allude, many have kept production limited to increase the shark feeding.
