Only 1,000 bottles being dropped at the distillery as per our tour guide, so still 3,000 and some change for retail in stores. Fingers crossed it's in one of the stores I visit!

Local got a case of SB and UCtY. They've got the small batch priced higher than this Uncut. Absurd. UCtY is miles better.
Better bang for buck than UCUF, although UCUF is better by a good margin.
They're on the shelf and only took two in two days. If it's sitting there next week I'll buy the rest. At $43 it's a cinnamon bomb (as are most SW), and I love it.
Funny...it looks nothing like @MarathonAG12Ralph79 said:
Not really sure what's scattered across the table or what is coming out of that man's finger.
But this is spot on.
I'll take one at retail if you're offering!bigtexD said:
Got word that GTS will be dropping here pretty soon in SA, and some of the smaller mom/pop shops are getting a decent amount.

Isn't GTS usually a December drop?
It's a solid pour. Classic MGP. This wasn't aged in TX. Straight out of those old Seagrams stocks. It's not a world beater, but for 12 year cask strength MGP (lower proof but still CS), I think it damn fine bourbon. It's not as good as the sourced Boone Counties or Blaum Brothers, but those are going for almost 10 times more and you can still find these on the shelf for 90.tk127ag said:

Y'all are correct, the new distributors are having logistic issues on their end. Was told all the big box stores are going to get it before it gets sent to the smaller shops.
I like all 4 for different reasons. I tend to go to Small Batch more often but, like last night, had a nice pour of Uncut the Younger. UU is more of a special occasion for me these days and Straight Bourbon is nice in an Old Fashioned.FTAC2011 said:
I really like uncut the younger for the price
Uncut unfiltered is very good but also pricey
