Nah, I went to bevy's. My wife's uncle is tight with James who is the store manager. James will usually text him when they do a big drop and then he tells me.

This month's spirit is remarkable for its intense ripe cherry nose, hinting of cherries jubilee, dark chocolate-covered cherries, maple walnut fudge, and root beer float with French vanilla ice cream. The palate brings offerings of cherry liqueur, Mexican hot chocolate with cinnamon and chipotle, plum pudding, and carrot
cake with cream cheese icing. The finish is thick and luscious, with long waves of brandied cherries and buttery, cinnamon-flaked pie crust.

I think the pretentious "experts" who come up with tasting notes like these just throw darts at dart boards with flavor buzzwords.AlaskanAg99 said:AgsOnDeck said:

Woodford Double Oaked is $57 for 750 mL at Spec's, so $60 for 1 L is a pretty good price.

I mean most the prices aren't really bad at all. Especially when considering it's duty free. That's why it stood out to me.
But they also have a shelf full when most stores don't seem to anymore…..

If I really liked Blanton's for the msrp then id be all over that slightly inflated price. My problem with blanton's is I don't love it and I need to love it to spend more than $50 on a bottle
