Wait a couple of weeks after combing. It is really good

Wait longer. I have done it several times. Much better at 3 months than it is at 3 weeks. Better than the sum of the parts.

Same.
Plus some flight medic groups on FB. I think there's some potential here.

The Straight Oated Bourbon opens on the nose with hints of orange peel, custard flan, and raisins and other dried fruits. The palate, which features amazing depth, offers impressions of sticky toffee pudding, coffee cake, peanut brittle and chocolate mousse, followed by an extremely long finish with lingering notes of Mexican hot chocolate and toffee bar.

What's Mexican hot chocolate? They put Tajin in it?

the little old lady on the box offends me. I know lots of Mexican women and they don't look and like they spend all day in the kitchen.

Yup, they put out an OBSO 10+yr barrel strength while we were there the other day before Wilderness Trail. Nice thing about having the wife along was double the LEs if they were available

Id love a SW PB but haven't seen them as much recently. I would be curious about their private barrel selection

4R would be legendary and I'm itching to make a trip to Kentucky, but SW PB would also be amazing.

Yep. Everyone just needs to shoot their shot in a team effort. You never know who might say yes.

4 roses would be an awesome pick.

Brown-Forman products might also be pretty good either OF or Jack.

That makes sense then. I don't follow or keep up with them. That's too bad because some of them were really good.

They were incredible. The problem is just that there were only so many barrels left of old MGP juice, and it seems they've mostly run out.

Never had a PB from SW.

How does it compare to the RC 16 juice?

Thanks!

Some are incredible, but it's not a fair comparison. The SW red dots are 8-13 year old MGP juice. The RC16 are 16 year old pre-MGP Seagram's juice. While some of the SW red dots are admittedly incredible, they aren't on the same tier, given age and sourcing. These RC16s are going to be $1k+ bottles in a few years. I doubt the SWs get to that level, but you never know.

1k you say? I'll be right back.
