My friend has a Buffalo Trace tour around 2pm. Does he just show up, do the tour and pick up a bottle of whatever the release is today?

Or do you have to actually stand in line and tater out way before your tour starts?

When we went in September, Eagle Rare was the release that day, and it was sold out shortly after we got done with our 11:00am tour. If it had been Blanton's or EHTaylor, we would have gone to the gift shop before our tour.

People really enjoy EC18. I just can't pull the trigger at that price when I could get their 12 year barrel proof bottle for a fraction of the price.

See if a buddy will let you try it before you open it up. Should be at bourbon bars to try.

One of my absolute favorites. Lots of flavor for only 90 proof. Agree on the Oak hit.

Found it at my local TW in Frisco and had to pull the trigger when I saw it was a store pick. Really enjoying this one. The 102 proof is right in the sweet spot for me.

I grant you the ability to drink said whiskey during the tu/Aggie baseball game tomorrow night.

The only catch is you must join the Catholic faith after Lent is over.
