It's all blind. They give you glass A and glass B and you pick. They'll tell you what seed is going against what but that's it. Once you choose they bring out a book with info on the two and their route to where they're at.

It's blind. They bring you 2 glasses, etched on the bottom with A & B. Street you've told them your vote, they give you a binder to look at with what you drank and the rest of bracket that's been decided

I've ran the blinds on that one 3 times this bracket and every time I was impressed. For me, I chose BT in round 1, EC 18 in round 1, and EH Taylor in round 3.

Very fun experience @ The Republic.

It was good. They had a maple sugar butter that came with the sweet potato fries that was incredible.

Had a good selection of bourbon - ORVW, OFSB Rye, THH, Stagg Jr, Blantons, Eagle Rare, bookers - more I can't remember

Pricing was fair - mostly in line with secondary but nothing outrageous.

The bartender said Rough Drought at northgate had a really good whiskey selection so need to try that at some point!

It's not at the main terminal. The owners of j Cody's opened it maybe 2 years ago. It's a pretty good restaurant and their bourbon selection is better than it was when they first opened.

You take George Bush across 2818 and onto airport property. When it dead ends, turn left. There's a building at the taxiway that used to just be for general aviation. A little more than half of it is a restaurant now. The views are great esp at sunset.

Hustle there! Not much left of THH. Bartender said they had a pappy in the back but I think that's a running joke to get people to come back!

But Rough Draught at Noethgate should have some based off what they said.
