I think volumes are creeping up and quality down.
I always feel like this time of year secondary starts going down over the next couple months, then slowly starts increasing again until next fall.

Have you tried the "Murray Hill Club Blended Bourbon"? One of the stores I hit had 2 bottles of it yesterday. I found a Blanton's in there, so i got that, but debating going back to give this a go. At $89, I don't want it to be a bust.
My opinion on KO is that it isn't that much better than some of the 13 yo Whistlepig MGP barrels that are floating around now for less than half the price.

Anyone have recs for a good store to hit in CS that might have some things that are harder to find in the big cities?
I'm not talking about the unicorns, or even things like W12 or Blantons. More like Bookers or Four Rose's Small Batch/Single Barrel type stuff that Christmas shoppers have totally cleaned out of DFW for some reason.

Specs on university and Texas and twin on Texas are all within like 7 minutes of each other and should have all that. Only thing. I saw ever sold out in CS that you listed was 4R SiB

I was at the Spec's by Roadhouse and was impressed with the selection, esp. with it being a smaller store. Had Bookers to boot!
I like the larger TL store. That specs may have some things you do not see in the one on Harvey. It is meant as more of a restaraunt and bar supplier. I have not been by to that one lately, need to
