I love Baker's 7 single barrel. I've had four of them and enjoyed them all. For me they hold up well in blind tastings.

I like Baker's about as much as some of my favorites-- 4R small batch select, Russell's reserve single barrel, MM RC6. I don't know why I don't keep it on the shelf all the time.

I would say EC18 is pretty rare and pretty good. EC23 is even rarer but not as good from what I have heard/read.

It's a rare day when you can find any of these four EC bottles on a shelf. But they are worth hunting for.

I found EC18 on the shelf once. It's probably the rarest bottle I've seen on a shelf that wasn't 500% marked up.

Well yeah, but you will never see them, much less at retail. I've seen ec18 at $200-$300 at small places.

I thought he was asking for bottles to keep his eye out for on a shelf at msrp.

Kc cask rye for high proof.
The 115 version is good and everywhere

Rare breed rye is solid

EHT rye is only 100 but really unique. Harder to find.

My Rare Breed Rye is still sealed in my cabinet. Going to hold off for a week after last night's Balcones Cask Strength rye

All the ones mentioned are good, but my favorite readily available rye is Pikesville. 110 proof and should be about $42/bottle.

Rye is probably my favorite. All of the ones mentioned above are excellent. MGP does some great stuff as well. The Pinhook Rye Humor Cask Strength was an absolute steal at $50. It was a quintessential MGP Rye imho. Their house brand Rossville Union is also great...especially the Barrel Proof.

Love it. Was big on the 2020 and the 2021 kills it. Lots of fruit. Kinda off profile for Makers. But very good.
