Anybody know any stores that get decent stuff southwest of Houston? The Specs in Rosenberg is the closest to me, but never gets anything at all. For reference, today that had several varieties of Jeffersons in the glass. Worthless.

Got a Weller 12 this morning at the Goody Goody on Justin Rd. in Highland Village. I had someone grab it for me while they were there, so I don't know if they had any left or not.

Because it's a $25 bourbon. A good $25 bourbon, but a $25 bourbon nonetheless. The Pappy hysteria got wind that Weller bottles are the "same juice" as the Van Winkles, and started hoarding it like it was Pappy.

It's a nonsense shortage like the recent gas debacles around Texas after Harvey, but much longer lived.

Not sure if it qualifies or not, but the Specs in Rosenberg had W12 about 30 minutes ago.

Some little ****ty store on NW HWY bought some W12 at Specs(bag still in the trash) and marked it up 400% for both a 750 and 1.5L

If you didn't find W12 in Houston over the past couple days, you're not trying very hard. It's pretty much gone, but there was a lot of it.
