Specs on 1093 in Katy had some super cheap Noah's Mill and Rowan's creek this weekend.

Is that a Willet Rye? Good stuff - their family estate bourbon is one of my favorites

Paulies Toasted Barrel is a great bourbon bar. Huge selection of bourbons, including some that normally only available in Japan. The bar sends people to Japan to get them to cater to the Toyata execs that stay nearby when they're visiting Toyota's Georgetown facilities.

Only downside is the college greek crowd starts showing up if you're there after 10pm. Great place to hang out up until then though. And just a few doors down from Bluegrass, which was suggested earlier. Easy to hop back and forth if one or the other gets slammed with drunk kids.

Well now. That's an excuse to have a pour of BT that spent an extra 6 weeks in the barrel. Although I have too much grading to have more than a small taste.

I'm drinking Booker's 2015-6. To me there's just so much more in this batch than the regular bottling

will probably break out the Stagg Jr., maybe Bookers.
