WT101 is also what I use for my bourbon and bitters, but I'm not sipping' it or using it in many cocktails.

I'll have to try it but the Canuck blends are pretty cheap and I like them a'right. I hate basic WT and due to that haven't tested their better stuff but I will soon.

Grabbed a 7 year Jim Beam Black at the liquor store today. (Thanks SLB drinks)

Also grabbed some mini bottles of benchmark, woodford reserve, bulleit rye, and Jack Daniels rye.

Jim beam 7 year black is good. Super vanilla. A little thin compared to WT101.

Definitely worth the $25 I paid for it. Easy drinker.

Reminds me of buffalo trace that had the super sweet grape flavor replaced with vanilla and a bit of oak
