I have had The Elder a few times. A friend used to have a buddy that traveled back and forth to California. Would love to try The Younger.

Also with March Madness approaching I may change things up this year. I'm horrible at keeping tabs on who has sent and honestly my life is too chaotic for that *****
So… I'm thinking something like a $25 "buy in". Money is sent to me. Once everything is over I use that money to buy beer for the winner and send one single massive, badass box (or perhaps multiple boxes). Maybe even do half cash/half beer? I'd hate to do all cash and take the beer part out of the equation though. Feel free to offer up your thoughts or shame me for my dumbass idea.

Pm with the address for the dude in flower mound - I gotta make him whole
Explain this to me like I am a fifth grader. I have done football pots before and won some. Never been a basketball fan so have never really paid attention to the "March Madness". I will probably join the pot for $25 just to enjoy the back and forth which I presume will occur here. Would be a free $25 for you guys anyway.jah003 said:
So I think a $25 buy in seems to be a solid option. Will obviously post more details later… but we generally get about 20 signups which is about $500 total. Maybe split $400 for 1st and $100 for 2nd. Shipping will eat into those costs a little bit, but it'll still be a lot of awesome beer. I'm also spending a week in Madison in June… so that will help round out a box.

In previous years everyone would fill out a bracket and "buy in" with a box of beer. Losers send beer, winners (typically 1st and 2nd) receive beer.
This year looks like you'll be buying in with cash instead of beer and I'll take care of all the beer buying/shipping. I do need to get the trophy from the previous winner too to send.
