Ownership will be cost-prohibitive in almost any situation, especially in the Design District, River North, LoDo neighborhoods. Dallas and Denver are absolutely on fire right now. A lot can change in 5 years, of course.

If I'm Community, I start negotiations for an Early Termination and get the landlord to buy them out. That's a long shot...just depends on how motivated Cuban is.

Yeah I am definitely interested to see how Community works out their space in the coming years. It's prime time real estate with how walkable it is to Victory Park, the Design District, and the DART station. I will be sad to see them move, but I can only imagine it will be more likely to see them invest in a new space down the road that will be more cost effective than what the rising rates in that area will dictate.

Am I late to the party on wicked weed here in tx? Just seeing it in menu at lunch in houston today made me realize I was out of touch with lessening my beer drinking lately

just loaded up a bunch of wisconsin beers and ABW for a trip to houston. they will get ingested tonight, along with an assortment of whatever is in my buddy's fridge from houston breweries. Tomorrow we'll hit budweiser...er Karbach for some afternoon beers.

I think that's the worst first round I've ever had. That's what I get for watching just about zero basketball this year, I guess.

Headed to DC next week, any beers I should be on the lookout for? Any breweries worth visiting near Metro stops? Staying in Alexandria and not renting a car.
