I stopped by B-52 Brewing in Conroe yesterday and was impressed by the beers I tried.... Weazel NE Hops IPA, Imperial Watermelon oak aged berlinerweisse and Payload Pilsner. They have a nice setup and there were LOTS of people. A good bottle selection, too. Enjoying their BA Breakfast Stout while starting todays BBQ.
A little late, but we found a bar/bottle shop in Santa Rosa yesterday that had a flight that included FW Agrestic, Logsdon Cerarus, Founders Frootwood, and Drie Fonteinen Oude Geuze. They also had Abraxas and a pale ale from Kern River Brewing that was good as well. They had Cantillion Iris in a bottle for on-premise consumption, but I couldn't justify spending $70 on it.

I need to set up a day trip out there, might be a little easier now that football season is wrapping up.
