Thanks for the offer. Asked my brother in Frisco to snag me some and bring it for Thanksgiving! Though looks like an HEB in Spring may still have some.

its been aging on pineapple for 18mos!

i was actually going to bottle it today after the BBA, but i don't have enough bottles. After I started kegging, I starting getting rid of empty bottles.

probably not, but it probably never was.

i'd fully expect it to taste like ass, but i'll probably hate it regardless, even if I got a nice souring bacteria.

Well I was actually talking about the XXVIII, but this one sounds interesting too.

I've still got my hatch chile saison at 24+ months that I need to keg. I'm sure that will be a delight.

i'll look around for the XXVIII. When I'm up there. I know they distribute to WI, but not sure if it makes it that far north. They probably send most of their stuff to Madison, Milwaukee, Green Bay, etc.

Love the deftones. Not a big ipa fan. Would likely drink anyway.
