Enjoying 3 Floyd's Arctic Panzer Wolf this evening while the lady and kiddo are out of town. Might even crack that Mephistopheles that's hiding in the back of the fridge.

If I remember right someone (might've been 62strat) had kept a Pliny for a long time and was thinking of opening it soon? Could explain it.
I did have a Pliny I kept in my fridge for about a year that I drank about 6 months ago. Good memory.

Swung by Toronado this afternoon for my Pliny fix. While I enjoyed a pint, I saw they had some other good stuff on tap.
My favorite was Afterlight. Then I saw something else I couldn't turn down.

Wife brought back some goodies from Austin. Blue Owl Spirit Animal and Professor Black. Also Zilker Marco IPA and coffee stout. She's pretty awesome.
Loved Professor Black. Spirit Animal was good but different and I couldn't quite put my finger on it. Not because of it being a sour IPA. Just something different.

Ergh. Just had a Bittersweet Lenny's RIPA. Tasted terrible. Turns out it was bottled in 2013. Curse you Total Wine.
Checked out Barrow Brewing in Salado today - nice taproom and some decent beers.
