Are we allowing adjuncts? If so Abraxas is my current favorite. Straight up "regular" imperial stout will probably always be Ten Fidy.

At a limit of 4 per person... I'd do it. I'd hate for you to get all the way there and not love it, but I feel pretty safe on this one. Really, really tart... so if that's your thing, I'd go for it.

Grabbed a 6 pack of Hopadillo tonight. Noticed it was canned on 2-24-15. Freshest I've seen here in BCS. Last week the 6 pack I grabbed was canned on 2-9.

Found this leftover from Thanksgiving. I think echoes gave this to me. It's held up really well. Paired with Fargos rib tips and brisket. I'm in heaven

LaFours, it's a happy hour hosted by the 12th Man Foundation for donors. We went to one a couple of weeks ago for the Athletic Ambassadors weekend. My wife was super stoked to meet Peyton.

I was at the brewery last Saturday and asked what the deal was with BCS being left out. The guy said Houston gets most of their weekly allotment, but didn't have an answer for why Austin, Dallas, etc gets some while we are so close. He did say that with the upcoming expansion , the increased production will help it get to BCS. Of course, I blame Hilliard.

Nothing exciting for me today. Mostly homebrew stuff. Trying to empty out a couple of kegs in preparation for Brew Riot. Had some neighbors over for my Citra/Mosaic IPA brew day, and they all enjoyed my IIPA and RIS, so that's good.

Got a growler of Grapefruit Sculpin ready for this evening.
