Man... Austin turned in in to Houston today when it came to Abyss. Neck beards walking out with cases at my local HEB. Glad my beer guy stashed me a bottle while I was working today.

Work finally done...last night in San Diego area (unless the winter storm makes it longer). I figured I'd hit up a few breweries while here. At Ballast Point now...later possible Alesmith, Green Flash, Stone, Pizza Port. We shall see. If any of you are out here I'll get you a brew.

May have gotten one of the last Prairie Bombs in Dallas, and I'm especially excited about the Ola Dubh. Scottish ale aged in single malt Scotch casks.

I just picked up an Abyss at Sunrise on Anderson. Sam's still get a few. He's also got 4-packs of Founder's Backwoods *******. He didn't put either on the shelves, you'll have to ask at the counter.

Made it to Societe per your rec. Awesome place (and bartender..she was...yep)! I wish they bottled. I was told they plan to do so in the future and should see some sours later in the year! The Butcher...wow!

Picked some up at the Spec's on Bryant Irvin in FtW yesterday evening. Called beforehand to see what they had and the guy I talked to gave me directions to where he said he'd hide a couple 4-packs for me. They were exactly where he said they'd be. The Spec's on Hulen in FtW was supposed to get some today but I don't know if they did or not.
