Decided I'm gonna bring a 2012 & 2013 Pumpkinator to the share on Saturday. Gonna drop 1 of the other 2 I was gonna bring.. Would y'all rather have the Hoppin' Frog BORIS or The Bruery Saison Rue?

Just had a 6 pack of Schlafly Pumpkin Ale hand delivered from Missouri by my brother-in-law. I can bring some to the bottle share this Saturday if anyone wants to try it. Let me know!

I've seen a sh*t load of FBS... I was under the impression it would be widely available this year... I haven't picked any up yet, passed on it each time... Spring valley specs had a ton today, bunker HEB had it too

I've got three 4 packs right now (minus 1 bottle) and plan to add one to the cellar each time I run across it at the store. Awesome stout.

Picked up some FBS today. Looking forward to trying it.

I'd personally prefer the BORIS (never had anything from Hoppin' Frog). Although, I won't be getting there until 10:30 ish... so I may miss whatever you bring.

Is FBS limited release, or is this rush just for the initial release?

I'd love to try the Schlafly!

And I'll just go ahead and bring both. I have more Saison Rue anyways and I've been wanting to try BORIS. Maybe we can open some of the more common stuff earlier.

It's limited.

It's limited in that they release it only once a year iirc. But they release a bunch of it.

Have you guys seen New Belgium Le Terroir down there? I didn't bring one down last month and it'd be a good one to do side by side with Trinitiy Red Swingline.

Also, I'll post the leftovers from the Bama bottleshare tomorrow night when I get into town. You can claim what's yours or it will be consumed or given away at the end of the share.

Really looking forward to another weekend in Aggieland.

NCA, I've seen that before, but I can't figure out why everyone is going nuts over it right now. Other than it is the first chance to get it.

I have 8:30-11:30 on the sheet. I will be there around 7:30 and at the tailgate until about noon.

I'm bringing two hooligans with me so I'll probably take them around for some sight seeing stuff after noon.

Maybe everyone is trying to get some before that Matt Chow dude buys it all. Founders makes a **** load of breakfast stout every year. It should be easy to get once the hysteria calms down. I know I'm hoping to grab a 4 pack to bring back home.

Since I am in Dallas maybe Chow won't take all of out supply. Glad to hear I'm not crazy thinking it will be available next week.

Won't be there for auburn unfortunately but since the gubment's reopening I should be in town for the Vandy game if anything is going down for that. Also still plan on being back for the Mississippi state game

Jester King fans, just booked a weekend in Fredericksburg in December and plan on making a stop by the brewery, never been. I've had just about everything that's readily available around the Houston area, hoping to get my hands on some limited release stuff, any suggestions on what to bring back with me?

You can check their to go bottle menu on their website. Right now Boxers Revenge and RU55 are the only two non regular bottles they have. That will probably change by December. They have other stuff on tap you'll have to try there that aren't regulars.

Far from limited. Seasonal. Your stores should see multiple deliveries this year. We say the same thing happen with the other Founders beers when they first arrived in DFW.

maca - I used to do that often when I worked 11pm-7am. I always got the weirdest looks when walking into the gas station to buy beer at 7:30am.

I don't do that often but I still have 4 more nights of work left and was tired of staring at that four pack

Yes the same number of tickets are sold but you have to take into account the brewery passes and volunteer passes that are good for all 4 days. Thursday is lighter because people are out on the town doing things, tours to the Spring/Ft. Collins whatever...

Friday is more crowded because people are off work and can sleep it off the next day. Although this year was a lot more tame than in years past for the dbag factor.

Saturday everyone shows up, the awards then tasting...which is why it feels more crowded. Everyone with a pass is there.

I was very dissappointed this year the awards wasn't in the same room as last year, lost some of the magic when you couldn't easily see people making the way forward for medals.

This year I hit Thurs/Fri/Sat afternoon. Whats really funny is I didn't even go to Freshcraft/Falling Rock/Euclid...that was a first. Stayed in the lower Highlands and hit a bunch of places around there. Much more low key.

Having my first ever Founders Breakfast Stout! Delicious !!! Missed out on it last year.

I brought back an extra 6pk of Jai Alai that I'd be willing to trade for (preferably a stout or porter) IP in Houston.

Went to go fill up my growler with Live Oak Hefe and they had DDBA on tap... I thought real hard about it. Just couldn't justify the $40 price tag.
