It's going home in the back of the Jeep, but everything is in the AirBnB for now so it can be air conditioned. Tomorrow morning I'm going to be doing some serious Tetris work since I have the inflatable boards to deal with too.

Made it to a couple of breweries in Vegas while I was at Nellis.

Atomic Duck and Duck Duck Joose at Able Baker Brewing. By far the best of the 3 we visited.


Got a flight a Nevada Brew Works. Not impressed.

Also went to Beerhaus. It was ok, nothing to write home about. The cool thing was that there are 6 or 7 breweries all within walking distance on Main Street, a couple miles south of Fremont.

Turns out there was plenty of room for 9 cases and all the bags. Didn't even have to block the back window.

The drive was pretty rough - 11 hours when it should have been 9 due to lots of traffic.

Saw a bear in the yard across the street as we drove away. Probably smelled that Fayston Maple Stout.

In Colorado Springs I was hunting some Russian River. Following advise from here, we tried Coaltrain first, which had an overwhelming selection, but very limited Russian River, so I hit the next spot on the list, Newton Wine & Spirits, and I found some Blind Pig, Happy Hops, and some Lunch. Mission success.

Nice. That must be a newer one as I'm not familiar with the name. Veterans J&K & Cheers were other solid spots along with Coaltrain when I was living there.
