Stumbled upon this some years ago randomly at Lukas on my drive back to the Springs after a GABF and grabbed it. This seemed to be just as good a time as any to pop it finally. Found a beer the other night that's as old as this thread. Its in the fridge waiting for me tomorrow. I dont have high hopes for it though.



I am blown away by how good this beer still tastes and smells. Oatmeal rasin cookie aroma. Just a bit of oxidation. Great body. Little bit of oak and a lot of sweetness.

Recently, and tonight is no exception, I have almost exclusively been supporting local during these trying times, hoping the 4 breweries in my town of 50k will survive all this. Anything I drink, I picked up in the last day or two, or from the kegs I picked up back in March.
