Going to Germany next month for training. Mostly I'll be at Grafenwoehr, but we should get a couple of "county days" to leave the base area. Nuremberg, maybe Munich. Anywhere specific I should go, beer-wise? I've been to Munich, but it's been 10 years.

basecamp, that's what I was thinking of, don't know where I got front range from. Stopped off there waiting for them to open the pass back up last night and grabbed some odd 13 & Trve. There was a bunch of Casey stuff there in the same spot at the end of the cooler but didn't feel like dropping $30+ for a bottle

Great Belgian quad from Revelry out of Charleston, SC. Old classmate and fellow scout from high school is a brewer there now, and this is one of his beers. Really good stuff.

It is crazy how night and day NC and SC are when it comes to quantity of breweries, but SC is slowly growing, and this is a good one.

If you guys know of anyone, send them my way, if they like beer. I've seen some guys in the Austin and San Antonio beer groups do the same thing with no hits. It's real .bizarre.
