I have no WW in the fridge but i intend to pour out a lotta Lagunitas this weekend as a symbol of protest.... and of course by pour out i mean drink liberally.
Just settled in at west beach Galveston for the weekend, enjoying a cold one with my old army granddad.
So which one of you is going to try this?

I believe there was a fresher batch at least in kegs. I had a pour at the flying saucer when they put it on tap for their 20th anniversary a few years back and it was phenomenal. Had a pour here in Omaha a few months ago from what I would assume was the same batch and it was nothing like I remembered and tasted off. Not infected necessarily but definitely different.
So whats this about distro for funk metal? Any showing up in Houston? Was gonna check jv specs and bunker hill heb, since theyre the most likely to have something like that without having to go downtown, but saw vintage park heb tapped cortado so went there instead. No sign of funk metal, but they still have melange 3 and white chocolate, as well as unfiltered sculpin, which i like it turns out.
Total Wine on Holcombe had a bunch.

Just found this cleaning out our upper fridge cabinets. Totally forgot I had his. I actually remember getting it in 1995 or soon after. (I was a ripe 15 years old). I was kind of into collecting bottles at the time. Why someone in my family gave me an unopened beer bottle is something I'm just not gonna think too hard about.
Think it's any good? This beer is old enough to drink beer.

Hah wow one 2013 and two 2011s. Funny that a few others have held on to it that long.
Maybe I'll wait until 50 years.

This pre-dates the birth of me. My dad bought the beer many years ago. It was in our garage for as long as I can remember. I took it one day and now it resides in near my homebrew setup.

Had this local English style pale ale in Black Mountain, NC. A little ways east of Asheville. Heading into Asheville tomorrow and will likely hit up a brewery or two. This is beautiful country.
A little Pliny and Westbrook Gose on the Frio today fly fishing and taking the little one swimming in the river for the first time. Good day with good beer.
