We're headed to Boerne for a few days and then Alpine for some west Texas exploration. Definitely will be stopping by Big Bend Brewing. My wife didn't think I was serious when I said I wanted to leave at 5am for West Texas.

A little warm up tonight with Bockslider, Victory at Sea, Brooklyn Black Chocolate stout 14 we found hiding in the back and then some barrel aged Legion.

The more I drink it the more I think Victory at Sea is way underated. Great taste, price, availability and ABV.

Tomrrow night were doing all the temptress variants from 15, some BBH and no telling what else.

BTW the liquor stores being closed tomorrow is some bulsh!

SPON 1 and SPON 4 tasting. I prefer 1 over 4, but both are great. 1 is a little smoother and 4 had a little bitterness that I didn't get from 1. Cheers!

The Temptress night went well. Finished with BBT right as the Cowboys were wrapping up. Had never had mole temptress and was pretty impressed. A sin mint with some age on it was nice too and French quarter was a very solid second place but of course BBT was fantastic.

Also had BBH Cherry and was not a fan. By far my least favorite of the BBHs.
