My wife and I plan to move to Kerrville soon and are interested in potentially renting a house - 2 bed 1 bath is fine since it is just the two of us. We don't need anything super fancy. I understand your pain! We are renting a 4,000 sq. ft. house in Alamo Ranch in a gated subdivision on a 1/2 acre lot, for $2600 a month. Best deal I've found and were going to continue renting until things turn.
