How long do you want to ignore this user?
I bought two floating shelves from Hobby Lobby. I didn't notice until I was installing, but one of the shelves is missing the brackets that were supposed to come already screwed into the shelf and only came with the ones that go on the wall.

Hobby Lobby is out of these shelves and I already installed one with screws in the sheetrock, so really hoping I can find a bracket sold separately at HD or Lowes, but also try online. But haven't known what to search.

Here is a link to the picture. It wouldn't imbed into this post. Picture of Bracket

Let me know if you have any ideas. TIA!

That's a custom made hanger, not going to find it on a shelf somewhere. But you may be able to find one of these that will work, or can modify to work with your shelf.

Thank you! Hopefully the HL will be able to get me another. Just a little concerned since these were the only two in stock when I was there...especially since one is already hung. Blah! Thanks again.

Hmmm -- It has been my experience with Hobby Lobby that they have all of their items computerized and can search their entire inventory nationwide to find something, more of something, or an item similar to what you are looking for that was incomplete - you just need their stock number and a description (sales slip?). In store personnel should look for you, but you may be able to go to their website and put in their stock number and/or description and see for yourself... Since it is to replace a defective item you will probably have to talk to a customer service rep if you find it on line - and if you go to the store they should be able to assist you - especially if you a;ready have the knowledge of what is available ...or not...

In fact, I cant' think of a walk-in store that won't do that for its customers in today's marketplace. Not only the big retailers but even stores like Tuesday Morning, Steinmart, etc., with their oddball inventories will look for items in their other stores and have them send whatever for local pickup or often as not shipped directly to your home.
