Has anyone used the local groups for secondary tickets?
People such as azalea hospitality or champion sports travel?

Anyone have any experience on the process of getting a phone in/approved as a medical device? Type 1 diabetic on insulin pump/continuous glucose monitoring looping that has to be done thru phone. A lot of online chatter about their being a way, and figure my best bet is to call them and ask. Curious if anyone had past experience?
And sorry, no not going to be a reason I give up my ticket.

Yeah, the secondhand market has gotten absolutely outrageous because people have stopped selling that way. Once the Masters started pulling people out of line to interview them about how they got their tickets - and then revoking (permanently) if there was a hint of aftermarket flavor to it, it dried up. Seatgeek won't sell them at all
Yep. The second-hand market is VERY risky now. Thus fewer tickets are being sold.
BY FAR the best way to get in unless you have a badge is the asking patrons leaving method after 1 p.m.

I would imagine that the majority of the patrons leaving early may want to hold onto their paper ticket as a souvenir.

I'm going to try this Tuesday and Wednesday. Which area do you recommend wandering around in to ask folks as they leave?

You may not like it, but it is equitable each year, which is their design. Equal opportunity for everyone each year.MagnumLoad said:
My son and I have independently applied for over 15 years. They should do it similar to the Colorado hunting license draw. Where you get a priority point for every year you have applied but have not drawn. That way some do not draw multiple times while others never have

That's a bold and accusatory claim. What's the evidence to support that?

I agree with a lot of ideas (pay in advance for tickets, point system), but Augusta doesn't and that's their prerogative. Doesn't make it not fair.
But your two posts are just *****ing for *****ing's sake. Your ~30 entries aren't ***** Based on odds, it'd take over 200-some-odd entires to probabilistically be chosen. I posted the math on here one time. My extended family and I are actually approaching that number. But do us all a favor and keep your drive-by *****ing to yourself.
